Directions for Use
Take 2 tablets one hour before sleep, or asdirected by a healthcare professional.

Warnings
Contains Sulfites.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
